I have been online shopping at the Dorothy Perkins website recently, but as
it usually goes I couldn’t afford everything I wanted! So I decided to create
my own wishlist, consisting not only from the lovely pieces that I found, but
also from some of the striking A/W 2013 trends as well!!!
1) Blush embellished dress – Pink is leading the way this winter season! I
find this dress not only cute BUT I can absolutely see myself wearing it on a
Christmas do! The pearl embellishment is the final touch giving this dress an
elegant sophisticated look while still keeping it simple and girly. What do you
think, would you wear it?
2) 19: Ninteen cream lace long sleeved sweat – Fall’s runways were swarmed
with grey! Grey has become the new neutral. To spice things, Dorothy Perkins
added lace. This little detail makes an ordinary grey sweat turn into a
3) Black leather look pencil skirt – The vamp and punk trend was seen a lot
on the AW13 catwalks at Saint Laurent or Louis Vuitton. This season is trying
to make us girls rebellious women, we can see shops packed with pieces
including studs, zips or chains. If you are not a big fan of full on leather,
there is plenty of choice for you out there. Leather embellishments and details
can be found on collars, shirts, blouses, jackets, skirts and pants. There is
something for everyone, whatever is your style. I did like this simple piece of
plane leather skirt. You could match it with nearly anything in your wardrobe,
which I find very appealing.
4) Leopard print platform courts – Whether we like it or not, animal prints
are back. I’m not a big fan of animal prints, but I just had to put them on my
wish list because these platforms are simply gorgeous! They are part of the
‘Jessica Simpson’ branded range hence the “lovely” price 🙂 I can
guarantee that in these heels you will make an impact wherever you go!
5) Black faux fur headband & Black faux fur snood – this combination is
just so perfect! Faux fur has been trendy for some time now, but I can
guarantee you that it stays like this even this winter! It’s definitely a must
to stay warm this winter, let alone it’s definitely the coolest one as well! I
just adore it!
How do you like my Dorothy Perkins Wishlist? Can you associate with my style
or have you picked something else recently?? Let me know, I’m always intrigued
what you wear/like/adore or even “dislike”:)
